Too busy trying to ‘correct’ fat people and they seem to have forgotten that not everyone can walk.
pretty much.
DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW BIG OF A FIRE AX I WOULD BE PUTTING THROUGH THE ELEVATOR DOORS WHO DARED TO SAY THAT SHIT TO ME
I WOULD FIND THE BIGGEST ONE
AND I WOULD DONNIE DARKO THAT SHIT LIKE WHAT.
This is straight up bullshit, for real. People keep asking me, “well, is there anything we can say (to fat people)?” I’m pretty much like, nope, you can shut the hell up until your opinion is asked for.
the fuck is this shit. really? and noooooobody thought about this when they put that shit on the doors? not a single fucking person?
Today is the day we violate the Americans with Disabilities Act, alienate our coworkers, visitors and customers who are unable or just unwilling to take the stairs and show that we’re both ableist ignoramuses and honestly not smart enough to remain in business.
Can I point out that logo on the top right on the elevator door? That’s Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. This nonsense? Took place at the offices of a health insurance company. The very people who ought to know, more than most others, much better than this.
[Image description: A man using a wheelchair is sitting in front of the closed doors of an elevator. On the elevator doors, a message is painted proclaiming “Today is the day we take the stairs.” The logo on the door indicates that this was at the offices of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, a health insurance company, and has the further insulting motto of “for the health of all” except, apparently, people who cannot walk up flights of stairs in an office building.]
